There are free buses running in downtown Denver. It is a convenient bus for traveling from Union Station to your hotel, traveling to Coors Field, and sightseeing. There is a bus stop every block. There is no buzzer to get off because it stops at all bus stops. 16th Street is a road dedicated to free buses, so other vehicles such as general vehicles will not come in. If you wait at the place where the word Stout is, the bus will stop.
The train is operated by RTD, which is the same as the city public bus. Therefore, it is possible to transfer between both buses and trains. The fare for a train (Light Rail) is a little confusing compared to the fare for a bus. The stations are divided into A zone, B zone, C zone and D zone respectively. Tickets cannot be purchased on the RTD train. You cannot pay the conductor in cash. Purchase a one-way ticket or a one-day ticket at the ticket vending machine at the train station before boarding.
